Adopt large span support, according to the principle of Bessel physical deformation resistance, so that the casting has the best deformation resistance structure. The body is designed by Finite Element Analysis(FEA) to ensure the stability and rigidity of the mechanism.
Adopts M-type support design, which effectively decomposes the guide load, makes the casting more evenly stressed, and reduces the local deformation of the casting.
It adopts the widened and large span herringbone design to increase the rigidity of the body and enhance the torsional and bending resistance. At the same time, it enlarges the contact surface with the base for more stable processing.
Adopt box design, which makes the load-bearing capacity better and the resistance to deformation stronger.
The saddle is designed with double ribbed structure to ensure the best rigidity.
